simple chicken curry

First heat oil in a deep pan, then add whatever whole spices you have – bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves & green cardamoms. Fry them till flavour oozes and then add ginger garlic paste and fry it till pungent smell gets away and add chicken pieces. Add the masala you grinded and give your touch of salt and chilli powder and finally add some chicken masala your tasty chicken is ready.
