గుంత పునుగులు తయారీ విధానం Gunta Pongadalu with Garlic chutney

Take two cups of rice and one cup of moong dal in the ratio 2:1. Soak two ingredients for about 4-6 hours by adding adequate water. Grind both the ingredients one by one to the fine paste. Add ¼ tbsp. salt and marinate for 4-5 hours. Take some quantity of batter into the bowl and add 1 cup sliced onions. Add 2 tbsp. finely chopped green chillies, ½ tbsp. jeera and mix well. And now put this batter in gunta pongadalu bowl after greasing it with oil and put lid after 3 mins rotate the balls and with in 7 mins you will get the best pongadalu for your feast.
