ఇడ్లి పిండి తయారీ విధానం | Making perfect Idli batter

ఈ టిప్స్ తో ఇడ్లీ పిండి ప్రిపేర్ చేస్తే మిక్సీలో రుబ్బిన పిండితో దూదిలాంటి తెల్లటి ఇడ్లీ తయార. Preparing perfect idli batter. Ingredients: • Black Gram Lentil : 1 Cup (Whole Dal) • Idly Rava : 2 or 2 ½ Cups • Flattened Rice : ¼ Cup • Salt : as per your taste add it before making idli to the quantity you prepare idlis don't add it to whole batter. Method of Preparation: • Take 1 Cup whole Black Gram Dal wash it and soak it for 4 to 5 Hours. • Wash and soak 2 Cups Idly Rava 2 ½ an Hour prior we grind the batter of Black Gram dal. • Wash and soak ¼ Cup Flattened Rice ½ an Hour prior we grind the batter. • Black Gram is soaked well drain off the water add it to the Mixie Jar. • Add soaked Flattened Rice add required amount of water and grind it into a smooth batter. • In a vessel drain off the water and transfer the soaked idly rava to it. • Add ground batter and mix them well with our hands. • Place a lid on it and let it ferment for 5 to 6 Hours. • Keep the vessel in a warm place so that it ferments well. • Take required amount of batter in a bowl, add ½ Tsp salt mix it well. • Pour the batter on an idly mould. • Pour 2 gls water to the Idly Cooker and place the idly stand with batter on the stove. • Cook it for 5 Min on High flame, 5 min on medium flame and 5 more min on low flame. • Then put off the flame, let it rest for 5 minutes. • Take the Idlies with help of a spoon, wet it with some water and take them from the stand. • We can see spongy and Fluffy Idlies. • Serve them hot with Chutney of your choice or sambar. #HyderabadiRuchulu #TeluguRecipes #TeluguVantalu #Food #idlirecipe #idlibatter #idlibatterrecipe
