1 cup Roasted Wheat semolina

2 medium sized onions

few cashew nuts

2 - 3 green chillies

3 stems of curry leaves

1.2 cups of water

Process:

First Roast Semolina with ghee and keep a side take a bowl and put 2 spoons of oil and tamper it with 1/2 spoon of mustard, 1/2 spoon of jeera and light fry green chili and onions to golden brown and add curry leaves to the tampering.

Take 1.2 cups of water with the same cup you measured Semolina and boil it till bubbling in the bowl you fried the above ingredients and add Cashew nut and Fried Semolina and simmer it to 1 minute.

Thats It your tasty Samiya Upma is ready to be served for children's school box or your break fast.
