How to make Mamidi Kaya Orugulu or amchur is made from Raw mangoes grated and dried by mixing salt and Turmeric under sun for 2-3 days which can be used in curries and powdered to mix in curries like amchur powder.
In south India we use this orugulu as papads and also in making Dal.
